ARROW (Application Review for Research Oversight at Wisconsin) is the online system for submission and review of IRB applications used by all IRBs at UW-Madison.

Following the August 2024 ARROW (Click10) Upgrade, users will see changes to navigation features and reviewer notes. See ARROW Update Navigation Changes for additional information.
