How do I change my name in ARROW?

If you wish to change your name or how it is displayed in ARROW, please contact askarrow@hsirb.wisc.edu. Please specify whether you have multiple netIDs and what name you would like to use. These requests go through the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education’s ARROW IT team, so you should expect processing time in less than a week, depending on workload.

How do I request merging of my NetIDs in ARROW?

If you have changed your netID, you likely have multiple netID accounts in ARROW. To request merging of these accounts, please contact askarrow@hsirb.wisc.edu. Please include the netIDs you wish to merge.
