Including the study ID (if available), status of the study (e.g., not yet submitted; submitted but not approved; approved; closed; other), PI name, study aims, and a description of procedures.
    • Call 608-263-2362 to speak with the staff reviewer on call. At the moment, the point of contact service is available by voicemail only.
