The IRB’s Quality Improvement / Program Evaluation Self-Certification Tool has been updated. The modifications include adding guidance to help identify the appropriate response to each question, formatting changes to be consistent with other IRB self-certification tools, and making it so that a PDF of the Tool’s outcome is emailed to the user.
